Intermittent Fasting

In my regular research on health-related topics, I came across intermittent fasting, which generally means going for periods of time without eating, and could over the long-term mean eating fewer meals each day. 

Here’s the version of intermittent fasting I’m interested in and am now trying:

  • Eat one meal a day at the same time each day
  • When not eating, drink water or tea

Blake Horton is an internet personality who combined intermittent fasting and aerobic exercise to lose weight.

While his methods may not be right for everyone, his personal results as well as the results of thousands of others following his advice, make his weight loss hypothesis interesting to say the least.
